He talked us through every step in the process and was invested in making sure everything happened when and how it was supposed to. We went to countless showings and open houses during a time when houses were selling to cash offers within hours of listing. But he was always bringing us back to a positive point.
Dan had great intuition when figuring out what kind of house we actually needed, versus the idealized version in our heads. He asked all the right questions and pointed out things we never would have thought of.
Our closing week was insane as our lender messed up our approval. Dan was our champion! He was on the phone with them almost as much as I was, fighting for our loan and our home down to the final minutes before we signed the papers!
